A Quick Swish Exercise

Close your eyes. Imagine a T.V. or Cinema Screen split in two halves. On the left side put an image of yourself being as you are now.

On the right side put a picture of you as you want to be, looking like you look, doing what you want to be doing(!).

Quickly use the desirable image then completely squash the old image until it disappears and the new image fills the whole screen.

Stop, open your eyes then.....quickly close your eyes and do it again really quickly, smash that old image, send powerful signals to your brain.

If you can do this exercise standing up, wave your arms, maybe clap as you smash that old fatty flabby image. To send stronger more powerful images to your brain use you whole physiology. (You may get some odd looks if you do this at work)
