Dynamic NLP Daily Journal & Workbook

What are the main objectives of this NLP Daily Journal?

It has been designed to help you to make massive changes to your life

It has been designed to keep you focused on your goals and propel you in the right directions as you begin to build and live your dream life

It will help you to break old unwanted habits, behaviours and addictions.

It has been designed to help you make immediate changes to your life and at the same time develop long term plans that are laid on strong foundations.

It will work in tandem with the principles of NLP, but you don’t need to have a full understanding of NLP to be successful and make changes quickly as all is explained. (The NLP Daily Journal comes with full instructions)

This is not like a normal diary or planner, each entry, each item you plan and each note you make must move you forward towards achieving your goals and desired outcomes.

This workbook was originally designed as a study aid. I had begun to produce some amazing personal results in my own life through applying and using the principles of NLP.

The snow ball effect was taking place and I needed to become more organised with my whole NLP life changing experience.

I wanted to stop using note pads and diaries and own a journal that was dedicated to two things:

I wanted a dedicated life changing journal – not just a diary

It also had to be dedicated to following the subjects covered in the teachings of NLP so that I could use the tools of NLP to begin very quickly making the changes I needed to make in my own life.

The life changing NLP Daily Journal will run alongside any of the great books and audio programmes that have been written on the subject of NLP. Such as ‘Unlimited Power’ and ‘Awaken the Giant Within’ by Anthony Robbins. These two books will work hand in hand with the NLP Daily Journal. This NLP Daily Journal is now being used by thousands of people to help them to make incredible personal changes to their lives.

The pages of the journal will be sent to you via e-mail, (it is not an e-book)

The file size is small – the pages will download quickly to your inbox

You can print off as many pages as you require, most people print off the ‘daily’ pages and keep the exercises on their P.C. and edit them from there

Keep your list of brilliant Swish Patterns to perform and List incredibly strong ‘Power Swish’ patterns to dispel your worst behaviours or habits and empower you as you take the actions required to achieve the future you desire

List your very best most empowering anchors

You will be able to Keep, Hold & Use Anchors when you need them

Have some fun writing 100 things you like (Fun, but very important)

Decide on 100 things you would like (you find out a lot about yourself here!)

You will then list, plan, and decide on how to achieve your Real Goals

You are also able to list of over 100 Empowering Submodalities, the submodalities that will really get you motivated and fired up!

You can then use your ‘special’ submodalities within any of your brilliantly designed swish patterns that you have written down in detail ready to unleash and empower you to achieve Immediate Fantastic results in your life

Instead of noting down a few things each time you study you will have your very own concise (And Personal) armoury of powerful submodalities written down in your dedicated NLP journal

You can list any behaviours or habits to change and you will have a swish pattern ready to unleash against any particular unwanted habit or behaviour

In the Power Swish section you will use your most powerful swish patterns against your most unwanted behaviours or most unwanted habits

You can list all your most Powerful Anchors so that you can open the page and immediately find a huge list of reminders of the things that fire up your passion and greatest feelings. You will then be able to check your list to see how you can perform state changing anchors and practise how you will fire these anchors off. Finally you will list your life changing Rules, Beliefs and Standards. This section, if completed with integrity and honesty can quickly prove to be an incredibly powerful experience for you. Almost every decision you make in life is governed by your Rules and Beliefs. Select these Rules and beliefs carefully.

Deciding on your Goals (what you really want)

You will decide what your Short Term, Medium Term and Long term goals are.

By reviewing the first section of the planner where you designed your ideal day, your dream life and decided on what you like you will know more about yourself and know what changes you need to make, you will know what is going to be the empowering force that will motivate you and push you towards achieving your goals.

Now you will develop and plan your goals in detail.

You will note anything that has stopped you or held you back in the past.

There are three different types of goal planner sheets in the NLP Daily Journal, use them all or whichever suits you best. Keep them on your P.C. or print them off. You will be able to work on as many goals as you like. Go for it!

Submodalities and Swish Patterns

In the same way as you could in the first part of the NLP Daily Journal here you can list hundreds more empowering submodalities then attach the submodalities to the most powerful of swish patterns.

You can list specific swish patterns of you achieving your goals and ridding yourself of any unwanted behaviours that would hold you back and stop you hitting your targets.

There is a small level of investment required if you want to start using the Dynamic NLP Daily Journal. Your pages will be emailed to you, I don't use autoresponders, I send them, and I can assure you I am human, I personally send your life changing journal to you.
